Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Fire shelters
  • Helmets and head protection
  • Gloves and hand protection
  • Any personal protective equipment (PPE) that has been opened, worn, or deployed

This policy exists to protect the safety of all end users. Opened safety equipment cannot be resold or reissued.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover return shipping costs in full. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email store@paulsenindustrial.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
