Domestic Shipping Only

Paulsen Industrial LLC ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How We Ship

All products ship directly to the customer’s address. In-person pickup is not available at this time. We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Live carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout using live carrier rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate you pay — no hidden fees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at store@paulsenindustrial.com or (661) 619-5421. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
